I was kept informed all of the way- the car was initially recalled and Paul Southern kept in constant contact with me, updating me and putting my mind at rest. When Paul was absent on paternity leave, Mark Robson, the Sales Manager took over.

Was disappointed that following the service I was asked to approve the works needed which I did and start payment for those service needs to be told that they were out of stock and I needed to organise another appointment when tyres were available.

Partially cleaned car. Cleaned two windows and hoovered passenger footwell front and back. Either clean it or not don't do half a job not at all professional

There was a delayed wait for the courtesy car that was more than made up by the lady I spoke to. Only reason not 5 is due to cost not being clear on site.
