Unfortunately the car had a dint in the drivers door when I went to collect it. Having been assured that it would be fixed asap it took 2 and a half weeks for this to happen.
I did not receive my vehicle health check report and have also not been contacted regarding some bodyshop repair work required, despite assurances to the contrary

The service was fine but I was disappointed that I didnt get my vehicle check up as the system was down. Im not convinced as I bought the car secondhand and I bet the next service my car gets, it will be available and lots needs doing , synic!
I am pleased that the Stratstone technicians managed to diagnose a minor electrical fault in my car although the cost of diagnosis and repair was steep. Contacting the service department is often difficult.

I was told my battery had been charged enough to get the stop and start mechanism work again. I picked my car up and unfortunately it did not work straightaway!

I walked in to see what my options were at the end of my contract on a pre owned mini. I was looking for a contryman but it was out of my price range. However, a brand new option was found for me on a hatchback.
Kept waiting on arrival and on collection.Told car would be ready around 1pm ish. At 2.15pm I had to ring and enquire. Unable to answer my question so they rang back around 15mins later to confirm it was indeed ready - service sheet recorded 12.40pm
