Overall very satisfied. I think it would have been good to let us know by telephone the issues raised with the service. We could then have asked you to fix them that day (if you were able to) rather than having to rebook another day.

Job done on time. Offered coffee as soon as I walked in.Was given the offer of the car being collected from my home and a free taxi to take me to collect it.Vehicle was finished before stated time and washed before I collected it.

We bought our used mini but only after a few weeks the rear coil spring had broken. I contacted Sarah Duncan from Stratstone Tyneside who advised us what to do. We contacted Mini Assist who arranged collection of our vehicle & a hire car.
